The challenge was to design and build a luxury family home on a block of land that was 240m2 and the building was side boundary to side boundary (8m across). This four storey, concrete tilt panel with suspended concrete floors has double garage, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, three lounges and several outdoor entertaining areas overlooking water views.
